Yes, Views Balcony Bar is a non-permanent fixture, there is no drilling required in the installation process.  Our unique brackets secure to your balcony railing with an adjustable clamping system and the brackets rest against your vertical balcony posts for stability.  The bar is easily removed and folds nicely when not in use or for storage purposes.
