How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return" or "Exchange", and include:
Your order number
Your name
Reason for return
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:
Be in original, unused condition with all packaging, inserts, and accessories
Include proof of purchase
Have been shipped directly to you (for gift returns, store credit will be issued)
Important Notes:
Items discounted more than 15% may be final sale (this will be clearly noted at time of purchase)
Returns due to buyer’s remorse are refunded minus a flat return shipping fee:
$49 for larger items (e.g., balcony bars, bar stools)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns and exchanges are available only within North America
