How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return" or "Exchange", and include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • Reason for return

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition with all packaging, inserts, and accessories

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Have been shipped directly to you (for gift returns, store credit will be issued)

Important Notes:

  • Items discounted more than 15% may be final sale (this will be clearly noted at time of purchase)

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse are refunded minus a flat return shipping fee:

    • $49 for larger items (e.g., balcony bars, bar stools)

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Returns and exchanges are available only within North America
