Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us at [email protected] immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! 


Return & Exchange Policy*

Contact us at [email protected] with the subject 'Return' or "Exchange", including your order number, name, and the reason for the return. We will then provide the next steps to process your request. 

We accept returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of the delivery date.  

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges: 

• Your item must be unaltered in its original state, and in its original packaging (no exceptions) with all original product inserts and accessories

• A receipt or proof of purchase

• If the item in question was marked a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return

• some items discounted more than 15% through promotional sales are non-refundable (will state on the sale) 

• Items that are returned or exchanged due to buyer's remorse will be refunded minus the flat shipping rate of $9.99 (smaller items ex. hats) or $49 (larger items over ex. bars and stools). Original shipping costs cannot be refunded


*Returns and exchanges are only offered for residents within North America.
